Changelog

  1. SEO updates, auth migration, and event fixes

Search visibility was improved with SEO-focused updates and a new blog section containing five articles about Cubbon Park, along with updated blog images. The site also moved to newer Next.js and Auth.js versions, including fixes for OAuth callback handling and environment variable usage. Event pages were repaired after a Next.js parameter change and a server crash caused by a type mismatch on event detail data.

  2. Event dashboard and clone flow

This week added an events and participants dashboard, along with a dashboard menu in the header. A clone event flow was also added, and user details are now stored and fetched from the event object. There were also smaller updates to event handling, including a sanity check for event categories, revised loading text, and styling fixes.

  3. Fixed sharing and subscription controls

This week focused on event sharing and subscription behavior in Cubbon Park. The event card now uses the correct share URL, and the subscribe flow no longer gets stuck in the subscribe or unsubscribe state. The subscription button labels were also updated.

  4. Date handling, SEO, and profile masking updates

This week focused on fixing date and time handling across event screens. Start times are now checked against past times, and the mismatch between event cards and event details was corrected after date updates. The site also gained sitemap and meta tag updates in layout, along with cleanup to remove unused category routes and include create-event in the sitemap. In addition, the home page structure was adjusted and username masking styles were improved.

  5. Event forms, search, and event details updates

This week focused on event management and event discovery. Event creation and edit flows were updated with capacity validation, placeholders, and form cleanup. End time was replaced with duration, and events now include a category field with category-based filtering in search. Event details and attendee handling also changed. The subscription button now appears for signed-out visitors, subscriber updates were fixed on the event details page, email addresses were removed from the attendees list, and the sign-in prompt now shows a loader image.

  6. Refactored event details component

This week was internal work on the event details component. The change refactored its implementation without introducing a new product-facing feature.

  7. Event sharing and subscriptions added

Events now have a combined share flow, with native and custom share options grouped under a single share control. The share UI also received device-specific styling adjustments and pointer cues on interactive elements. Event details now include subscribe and unsubscribe actions. The rest of the week was spent on development environment testing and small UI refinements.

  8. Timezone fixes, policy updates, and signin loading state

This week focused on deployment checks and cleanup work, including fixes for timezone handling and code style issues. Landmark validation was also tightened, and the backend no longer treats cost as a required field. The production instance now shows the updated policy and terms of use page, and the under development banner was removed. A loader image was added to the signin prompt.
