Changelog

  1. Improve patient-name extraction accuracy

The health record pipeline was updated to score patient-name candidates rather than taking the first regex match. That change also corrected patient name extraction across insurance, consultation, and lab document formats. The backlog was synced with the shipped state and clarified against the production bar.

  2. Surface CTAs above the fold on Learn pages

The Learn pages were updated so calls to action appear above the fold on blog posts. This changes the page layout to make the next step visible sooner. The work this week was limited to Learn-page presentation changes.

  3. Voice notes and ABDM scope updates

The landing page now lists consultation voice notes and the feature order has been updated. Documentation was also brought up to date with duplicate review, aliases, voice notes, and other operational notes. Project docs now include ABDM sandbox scope, milestones, and environment placeholders. A PostHog geo stats script was added for internal reporting.

  4. Voice notes and AI support

Arogya Story added voice-note capture through upload, in-app recording, and WhatsApp, with transcription support. Ask AI was updated to handle voice notes and insurance content, and the voice-note notes display was fixed. The week also added dynamic AI suggestions for voice notes and insurance, a new voice-notes table with bulk delete, and documentation for the voice-notes and unified media/AI workflow.

  5. WhatsApp ingest and duplicate review updates

Arogya Story now handles WhatsApp uploads more reliably, including better filename handling, idempotent inbound processing, and clearer error reporting when backend processing fails. Database migrations are also applied on startup so schema changes take effect automatically. The duplicate-review flow was expanded to show where a file is already filed, link from WhatsApp skip messages into review, and keep that review discard-only. Document aliases can now be viewed and edited from the details page, and persona context is shown during duplicate review.

  6. Insurance UX, onboarding, and WhatsApp retention

Arogya Story added a unified onboarding flow, improved review-members handling, and tightened insurance display and filtering. The product also renamed the documents area to medical records, improved mobile layouts, and fixed several issues around persona syncing, extracted member deduplication, and WhatsApp summaries. This week also added a BMI calculator under Learn and introduced a monthly WhatsApp retention nudge workflow with test controls and approved template messaging. The nudge schedule, environment handling, and delivery details were adjusted several times while the workflow was being validated.

  7. WhatsApp uploads, queries, and family routing

Arogya Story added a WhatsApp-based flow for report uploads and notifications, including linking, disabling, and re-enabling the integration from settings. The upload experience now tracks WhatsApp as a source, preserves filenames, batches acknowledgments for multi-document uploads, and waits for processing to finish before sending completion messages. WhatsApp messages also gained system queries, report summaries, and persona-scoped retrieval across family data. The matching and routing logic was tightened so queries can resolve the right persona, handle missing data more clearly, and support multi-persona requests. The week also included interface and documentation updates around onboarding, the landing page, and mobile behavior.

  8. Updated branding assets

This week’s work updated the product’s branding assets. App icons, the web manifest, the home header logo, and the favicon were refreshed. These changes affect the product’s presentation and browser/app identity, not its health-record functionality.
